I would love so much to animate her! Her arms would be fun to see moving, because she sucks water from the ground through them, and that's how she survives. Her feet are not rooted. She can walk around the area where she's feeding, and if she needs to move, the endings of her arms will detach and re-attach, so she can slowly make her way through the ground without ever being completely away from a water source. She doesn't need much water, and she doesn't move much.
